After his apprenticeship he built and ran a successful company for 18 years, becoming a market leader in forklift refurbishment, sales, and rental. Following a four-year industry sabbatical, he founded Forklift Handling — the team behind Endurolift — to deliver tailor-made materials handling solutions built on deep technical expertise.
Mandy brings extensive corporate experience in business development and sales. She understands that strong customer relationships are the foundation of lasting partnerships — and brings that mindset to every Endurolift enquiry, ensuring each customer receives a solution shaped around their operation.
Justin joined the forklift industry in 2005 and has worked across operations, the workshop, and sales — including roles with leading forklift agents. His cross-brand experience helps Endurolift customers compare options with confidence and choose the right machine for their load, environment, and shift patterns.
Hayden works directly with Endurolift customers to understand site requirements, demonstrate equipment options, and guide buyers toward the right specification — from first enquiry through to delivery.
Nazlie coordinates service and maintenance for Endurolift customers — keeping breakdown response, scheduled servicing, and fleet support running smoothly so downtime stays minimal.
